Message	there is a good write up on hard to start when cold in the FSM with a step by step troubleshooting guide - start there. bottom line - either a bad temperature sensor input that would tell the ecu to change afr or a vacuum leak, or bad fuel pressure, or bad ecu injector map, etc etc could cause your problem. probably something simple - do the boost leak test.
